All Rooms (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Foyer, Living Room, etc):

• Light dusting from higher corners, light fixtures, fans, door frames, window ledges, doors, shelves, baseboards and vents.

• Spot wiping windows, light switches, door handles, all reachable surfaces and shelves.

• Empty/replace wastebasket liner

• Vacuum/mop

Bathrooms:

• Spray, scrub and dry inside of shower, shower doors, faucets, and tubs

• Spot wipe cabinets fronts and handles

• Spray, scrub and dry all sinks, faucets and backsplashes

• Clean and shine mirrors

• Spray disinfectant on every surface area of toilet, scrub inside of toilet bowl, then dry

Kitchen:

• Spot wipe cupboard fronts and handles

• Clean all backsplashes and countertop areas.

• Clean inside/outside of microwave

• Clean surface of stove such as stovetop, grates, knobs and front of oven door.

• Wipe down, under and behind all appliances on countertops, such as coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc.

• Clean outside surface of dishwasher

• Clean outside surface of fridge/freezer

• Clean inside sink, sink plugs, and faucet

• Polish all necessary items that may be stainless steel such as fridge, stove, microwave, stove front, dishwasher, etc.

• Dust blinds or shutters.

• Wash blinds or shutters.

• Clean window track.

• Clean interior window glass

• Wash baseboards.

• Wash walls (washable paint only).

• Washing door frames.

• Vaccum couch, cushions or any fabric seats.

• Clean inside fridge & freezer (included in move-in/move-out package).

• Clean inisde oven (included in move-in/move-out package).

• Clean inside dishwasher (included in move-in/move-out package).

• Wash inside empty cupboards, cabinets and drawers (included in move-in/move-out package).
