Additionally, I ask that you clear the sinks of any dishes or utensils to allow for a thorough cleaning. Lastly, if you have any desks or workspaces in your home, please remove all papers and files from the surface to allow for a comprehensive cleaning. By taking these preparatory measures, you'll help me provide you with the best possible cleaning experience, leaving your home fresh, organized, and free of distractions.

Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! As a fellow pet owner, I understand the importance of accommodating furry family members. I am pet friendly and always happy to meet new four-legged friends. You can rest assured that your pet won't be a hassle or in the way during the cleaning process. If you prefer to kennel or section off your pet while I clean, that is perfectly fine as well.
Is your company insured?
Thank you for asking. Yes, I am an insured small business. I understand the importance of having peace of mind when it comes to allowing someone to work in or around your home. While I take every precaution to be careful with your belongings, accidents can happen. If any breakage or loss of personal items occurs, please notify me within 24 hours. It's important to note that items such as antiques, irreplaceable, or rare items are not covered by our breakage policy. I kindly request that you remove such items from the cleaning area on the day of service.
What methods of payment do you accept, and what are your payment terms?
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment process, I accept credit cards and e-transfers. Payment for your cleaning service is due one week prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows both parties to have peace of mind and ensures that your cleaning service is reserved.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning service, I kindly request a 48-hour notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee. Additionally, if I am unable to access your home due to an aggressive pet or non-accessible entry (not answering door/phone calls), a lock-out fee will be applied within 15 minutes of arrival.
